What is Timberlake? Timberlake is a subdivision located conveniently south of Pentwater and north of Silver Lake off Ridge Road on Pine Street. It is adjacent to state land within miles of hiking trails and across the street from Cedar Point County Park, a public park on Lake Michigan.
Our goal is to offer affordable housing with a lifestyle that's close to all of the amenities within the Pentwater and Silver Lake area.
Pentwater, a quaint historic village on the shores of Lake Michigan, is only a few miles north with access to marinas, shopping and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches.
